Talker is a very special buck to us.  He came in a rush of emotions.  The morning of his birth, we had to euthanize Ben's horse, Sweet Talker, due to a twisted gut.  In the midst of that, Witchy went into labor...but we had thought for some time that she had lost the pregnancy...and her 'show' told the same story.  She was passing decomp.  I steeled myself to help her get it all done and make sure she cleaned...when she started to have to push.  I was ready for the worst (it really is unsettling)...when I pulled out a LIVE baby - Talker. 

It was clear he'd be named after Ben's horse...a miracle baby who shouldn't have survived that pregnancy, born just moments after the horse crossed Rainbow Bridge.

Talker is a very handsome and refined young buck and his kids have been the same.  We've been so pleased with Caribou's daughters here at HMG...and expect Talker to produce wonderful mammary systems as well.
