Kat was one of triplets and proved to be the last of her dam's offspring as we sadly lost Maiden the following spring to breakthrough entero. This doe is STUNNING. She may have a plain brown wrapper but she makes you stop and watch her anyway. Kat has matured to be a SUPER nice doe. She has freshened with all male offspring so far and has dam raised them all before going on the milking string. Despite the small litter sizes, she is a handy and happy milking doe. She produced right at 600 lbs for her 2F in only 6 months of lactation. I was just milking too many and needed to dry her off. |
